Made with only the hip of cattle of the precious Japanese Wagyu breed, which benefited from a finish before the slaughter of about 300 days with WHEAT, thus presenting the classic INTENSE grade Marbling. Processed with Zero Preservatives, it represents the maximum expression in terms of olfactory and gustatory experience. A product for enthusiasts and experts.
